As a educator and teaching artist for Disney Performing Arts Workshops at Walt Disney World in Florida, Dave has instructed over 1400 bands and 70,000 students in high school and middle school ensembles since 2006.  From marching bands to full orchestras to wind symphonies and jazz ensembles, he presents a lively, entertaining, funny and fun environment for students desiring to learn about what it takes to become a professional musician.

Teaching privately in Wisconsin, Dave assisted in numerous school programs and summer music camps, working with brass sections, jazz ensembles, and instructing electronic music, eventually leading to a teaching position for computers and music at the Disney Institute in Florida.
