Majoring in music at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin provided for more playing opportunities, from playing in "horn" bands, doing covers of Chicago, Blood, Sweat & Tears, and Chase, to performing in the University of Wisconsin Marching and Varsity Band, to being selected to perform in the 1975 Disneyland College Kids of the Kingdom.
